Someone asked me the other day why a company like Diversecity, which talks about being “diverse” but hires only Black people, is permissible but an all-White firm is not.

Big sigh.

Let us try this again: “equality” always and without exception means taking from the successful to give to the unsuccessful.

There are no exceptions. If you think you have found one, wait awhile. It will change. Equality is only proven by equity, so every equality-based system turns to “equity” or subsidies for the unsuccessful paid for by the successful.

This is done by group, instead of case-by-case, since case-by-case would force us to judge people, where doing it by group seems nice and neutral.

This means that you can always tax for the poor, but you can never allow rich people to have their own lobby.

You can always have all-Black (or all-Oriental, all-Hispanic, etc) companies but never an all-White one.

In order to make people equal, since we cannot raise up the lower, we must lower the higher.

There are never any exceptions.

Ordinary people do not understand “equality” because they interpret it as treat everyone the same. The pro-equality people never seek to disabuse them of this illusion, but to an egalitarian, equality means subsidize the unsuccessful by taking from the successful.

“Rugged individualism” (a term made up by Leftists) is actually not individualism at all, but a variant of realism that says that we are subject to the rules of nature, so each of us must succeed or fail on his own and therefore, no one is ever to blame for that outcome.

It recognizes that the poor are always going to be poor and the rich wealthy because they do things differently and have different abilities. Darwinism applies to humans, too.

Where it goes wrong is where the libertarians go wrong, namely assuming that they can have anarchy with rules. Instead, you will get a hostile society of paranoia without functional institutions that will fall the minute an even semi-competent invader appears.

In the middle path, Realists recognize that humans in groups tend toward self-destruction unless guided by wise leaders, and that natural hierarchy via competition at real-world tasks is better than “meritocracy,” which always translates to “test-taking.”

The path of human destruction lies along the lines of equality. Real people do not need equality; they need non-interference when they are doing non-destructive things. But they have no use for subsidies or quotas.

Broken people, who lack the ability to find purpose in life, need something external to make them feel good inside, so they become addicted to symbols of love, peace, art, wisdom, spirituality, and equality. Just like every schizophrenic thinks he is Jesus Christ, they hide their rot behind things you cannot criticize.

A sane society would toss them out of helicopters.
