Much of what we do with criminal law or regulations could more easily be done in a civil court, and this would transition lawyers from civil rights and injury suits to actually interesting cases.

• Another Christopher Columbus statue removed from N.J. city park
  

  The City of Newark removed a statue of Christopher Columbus Thursday night from Washington Park, but one Italian-American group raised some concerns with the process in which it was done.
