• Me and my quarter-life crisis: a millennial asks what went wrong

  Millennials are Baby Boomers part II: you get given everything, but in the end, you struggle because your life means nothing as one of many in a flood of equal, purposeless, externalized, and atomized people. You suffer because you joined the herd and, sin of sins, believed its promises. Like good little tools you trucked off to school and work, memorized the garbage they fed you, and made yourself dependent on the fictions they told you about life. Now, somehow, you have discovered that obedience alone does not make success, and even more, that success does not make happiness. Could it be that the advertising was a lie, and that the social world elaborately created by commercial promises and ideological commitments was false? It cannot be. No, it cannot be! You will now double down, find a way to make the career work, suffer through a failing family unit, and finally retire, at which point you will really face The Emptiness that lurks at the heart of modern society because any system devoted to human individuals misses the point, which is that life consists of bonding with our world, not simply acting on our own desires (and things that are socially necessary, like careers to fund the taxes to fund the welfare state). You got played for fools, all in the name of your own autonomy and authority, you Millennial voters.

  Apparently, being away from your native land is hazardous to your health by your own hand. Suicides of Polish workers in Scotland are found to be 94% higher than those of native Scots. Well, go figure: living in a foreign land, surrounded by an alien culture, expressing yourself through a strange language, and hoping somehow to feel “at home” in all of this presents the individual with an impossible proposition, so they self-destruct.

  People fear tariffs, but there is no way to avoid them. If another country has cheaper labor, possibly even simply through a temporary economic downturn, or more of a certain resource, their products in some areas will be cheaper, and this means that their industry will replace your own, which then gives them power over you and creates an incentive for you to conquer them. A super-intelligent AI — this is the latest replacement for God that most people desire — would constantly adjust tariffs to reflect economic conditions, much as we adjust monetary rates or oil prices. Globalism was a desire to abolish tariffs but it meant a wealth transfer from the first world to the third, which has resulted (predictably, but politicians and voters are the same kind of stupid coward) in the decline of the first world; now, instead, we have trading blocs set to replace the political-military blocs of the last century. Trump might opt for hitting all members of a foreign trading bloc with the most extensive tariff applied to any member, and then to open up an “American trade union” to replace the UN for all nations who are willing to accept that we must act in self-interest as befitting our position as top dog (i.e. we are not equal, so we do not all get the same privileges). Ideally, as in the best possible scenario, America will simply learn to do without anything of a foreign origin and find ways to make replacements here. With our advanced agriculture and manufacturing, surely there is nothing that we need from elsewhere, at least if we are willing to reward things like artisanship, quality, and precision instead of blundering ahead with a pro-union lowest common denominator approach.

  Trump created an American economic miracle through a simple idea: we act in self-interest, which means that instead of giving China every privilege so that we can continue to have cheap consumer goods, we make the playing field more level so that we can stop sending vital industries overseas. This has set up a collision course with the unions, of course, but most Americans already realize that unions destroy industries and invite organized crime into our communities, while giving workers a pittance compared to the millions that the union takes and gives to its “organizers” before they inevitably flee to Switzerland with suitcases stuffed with $10,000 dollar bills. Look at the results of Trumpism: American workers are thriving at the same time the economies of the world slow down, mainly because Trump realizes that the end of the liberal international order and its Keynesian tax-and-spend wealth transfer agenda will bring a giant economic crash, and he is racing against time to set up the American economy to be self-sufficient so that the plague does not come here.

  The idea was that liberal democracy, market-based economic systems and the rule of law would spread from the West into the postcommunist East as well as into the Global South. International institutions would increasingly replace the anarchic competition of states by developing rules-based approaches to issues from trade to climate change.

  Every time humans gain power over nature, they project what they think should be the order of things, based on other humans being exactly like the people making the choices about what should be. They always end up at a bureaucratic order, strong power, and everyone treated equally like objects in a factory. This always turns out badly. Goodbye, New World Order, we hardly knew ye, but since you are an extension of Leftism, we are glad to have you in the dustbin of history along with Communism.

  Money is time, and time is energy, since if you had infinite time you would be able to amass infinite energy. If you concentrate energy, you end up with the ability to make changes; if you dissipate it, you end up with nothing but a lukewarm heat death:

  Similarly, if the universe is an isolated system, then its entropy too must increase with time. Indeed, the implication is that the universe must ultimately suffer a “heat death” as its entropy progressively increases toward a maximum value and all parts come into thermal equilibrium at a uniform temperature. After that point, no further changes involving the conversion of heat into useful work would be possible.

  However, for some reason, our universe avoids this, mostly because it is based upon energy coming to points of concentration and actions resulting from that which change the order of things, enabling it to keep energy in a state of constant transition so that it never becomes equally distributed. Equality is death, which is why humans worship it, since in death only are our problems logically concluded. We cannot end suffering, struggle, risk, fear, and hierarchy because they are constants; since the universe has no final state, it must have infinite intermediate states, and this clashes with our desire for final states in which there is no variability, only “good” which in our pidgin monkey language means “no risk or harm to me or those like me.” Unity provides power; disunity dissipates energy, and the more humans attempt to find a solution for everyone, the more they find a solution that is fatal to everyone by destroying the civilization upon which they mutually depend. For this reason, it is better than some are poor than that we raise their wages, thus raising cost for everyone, and paralyzing the ability of our economy to act by removing its ability to concentrate wealth.

• An inconvenient truth: the enduring popularity of socialism in the post-Soviet states

  If we are honest, we can admit that the problem in post-Soviet states is that they are racially mixed, and that therefore, they are doomed to be third world in status. Whether they are Communist or Capitalist, they will forever be living as what they are, which is peasants who fled Western Europe and mixed with Asiatics. Nothing can change this. However, this means that the West has a permanent enemy: a “shadow population” who want to conquer us because we have what they cannot have for themselves. It would be best to invade and drive them into Asia, then turn all of Eastern Europe into a nature park.

  People are not equal. Kings can handle wealth; middle class people sort of can, but they buy garbage; peasants cannot handle wealth at all. Technology and relative peace made us rich, and so now we have a gold rush of obese peasants with medical problems, which canny middle class jerks plan to capitalize on by selling medicine to address these problems, including NASH or a type of cirrhosis brought on by obesity. A better solution would be to return the peasants to a state where food is expensive and they walk everywhere.

  What do you do when you do not have a plan? Talk about “social responsibility,” of course, because it guarantees your power. Helping the helpless is a thankless and interminable task, which means that you will always have a job if you make it your job. Analgela Merkel wants to extend her uterine nanny state to the world in order to solve “climate change, migration and terrorism” so that she has more power, which like the good Communist worker and Capitalist careerist that she is, means that she will have “succeeded” at her job. Never mind that vast damage that she does which will take decades to uncover.

• Louis C.K. mocks Parkland shooting survivors in leaked audio

  Ethnic disaster Louis C.K. says some arguably hilarious stuff about the Parkland shooting, the Holocaust, and transtrenders, which upsets the usual people and therefore, allows him to remake his career. Ten bucks says he leaked this tape himself, knowing that the bluehairs are the nanny conservatives of yesterday, and that their outrage would make him immortal with a new generation of people who are tired of being told that we cannot think or say certain things because someone, somewhere, sometime will be offended, despite “being offended” in reality being a lack of self-discipline and an excess of personal pretense arising from narcissism, and not the violation of universal law that these morons pretend that it is.

  Democracy is easy. Show the voters a dead child and they start weeping over how horrible it is so that their neighbors think they are good people because they care for the children (the children!). Politicians love this because it allows them to step in and say, “There, there. I will fix this for you, at the low low price of having me in power and transferring more of your wealth to me.” The voters, perpetual idiots, then flock to the polls and yank that lever, mostly because 80% of them pay very little tax and 47% pay none at all. They figure that because they did this as a group, no one is to blame, because they were as individuals just doing what everyone else was doing. They say that if you want to know who rules you, look at the one group who cannot be criticized, and in our society, that is the voters. We need to dethrone those voters in order to have sanity again; the voters are the tyrant who is destroying our civilization.

  Around here, the idea that Jewish nationalism will lead to a revival of nationalism through contra-universal but universal need for ethnic isolation has been the norm, but you rarely see it out in the world, as is always the case with coming trends or undiscovered truths. You get fragmentary hints, each one showing you one sliver of a boundary, and you have to put them together to draw a line connecting them in order to see the outline of the shape that is coming. However, Jews are joining the ex-Nazi far-Right simply because Muslims are killing Jews, and internationalism has proven dysfunctional. The next step is Jewish repatriation to Israel, which will happen once the threats to Israel — i.e. the “Mexicans of the Mideast” the Palestinians — are removed. We are all seeing, starting with our most intelligent, that nationalism works and anything else totally fails and will destroy us all and our civilization. Diversity is genocide. Diversity delenda est!

• Jerry Brown: Climate change challenges as serious as those faced in World War II

  Politicians dream of another struggle like WW2. It would necessitate total mobilization, which means that they could command everyone directly about what to do, a condition known as control, instead of having to rely on indirect means of motivating people and placing them in a hierarchy, as occurs in nature. If you want to run a village the natural way, you have a local lord who ensures that people who do good things are rewarded, people who do bad things are killed or exiled, and people who do nothing in particular get bumped downward into the lower castes because they are peasants who will never achieve anything but can always be counted on to have opinions about how their leaders are bad and a peasant revolution would do better. If you want to know what peasants are like, ask your Starbucks barista or check in on social media like Twitter or Reddit, where peasant opinions are considered “profound” by an audience of people earning less than $40k/year who want to rule the world. Climate change is the latest excuse for Soviet-style total mobilization, and would work around pesky problems like economic unfeasibility, insanity of the proposed plan, and the desire of sane people for normal lives. No wonder Jerry Brown loves it; any democratic politician would!

• Houellebecq novel forsees France’s ‘yellow vest’ revolt

  Michel Houellebecq stands out as the only novelist of real talent of our time, the only one to mention that jobs are jails, and the only one to point out that our civilization is in decline through the slow toxin of Leftism. Not surprisingly, he noticed — at a time when it was taboo to do so in the media — that the economy of France had collapsed under a government commitment to free trade and welfare, bleeding its people dry. This should be an excellent read.

• ‘For 30 years I’ve been obsessed by why children get leukaemia. Now we have an answer’

  As it turns out, childhood leukemia correlates with the affluence of the society in which you find yourself. It requires a mutation in the womb, a lack of some infection during the first year of life to kick-start the immune system, and the resulting chronic inflammation. Apparently, we do not breast feed enough and we clean too much; in addition, something — possibly the stress of working mothers or living in a toxic, stressful modern hellscape — causes this mutation to happen in the womb. Add this to the already heavy load of deleterious mutations created by a society that cradles the weak and saps the strong, and the chaotic genetics caused by mixing different mixed-white groups with trace admixture, and you have the perfect storm for problems. Childhood leukemia rates have been rising over the past few decades, but now we see why. The next step is to see that this applies to many other illnesses as well.
