Back in 1988, a governor from Massachussettes ran for The White House. The man held fairly Left-wing values and beliefs. He did not want the election to center on this because most of Amerika was to his right and would not vote for him. As an added bonus, he was running against an idiot Bush.

His name was Michael Dukakis and his slogan was “this is about competence, not ideology.” The 1988 electorate responded strongly to this slogan and Mr. Bush won north of 400 electoral Votes.

It is unfortunate that Election 2020 was not a referendum on professional competence. Perhaps Mr. Nonovdeabove would have carried 46 states. The United States has problems. We currently have nobody in charge who can credibly address these problems.

One of these major issues involves the fact that our panic-policy over Chinese Bat Flu has snarled and snapped a good number of our supply chains. The evidence of this consists of a Spanish Armada’s worth of cargo ships that remain both stranded and laden at the Port of Long Beach. President Joe Biden addressed the issue as follows:

“Why is the price of agricultural products, when I go to the store, why is it higher? What, like for example. if I had, if we were all going out and having lunch together and I said let’s ask whoever’s at the next table no matter how, whatever restaurant we’re in, have them explain the supply chain to us. You think they’d understand what we’re talking about. They’re smart people. The supply chain. But why’s everything backed up? Well, it’s backed up because the people’s supplies or materials that end up being on our kitchen table or in our, in, in, in our, our fam, our, our life. Guess what? There close those plants because they have COVID.”

Some will claim our President’s incoherence does not matter. A good functional bureaucracy keeps an empire running during the lamentable reign of a President Commodus. They would postulate that this still holds true if The Vice-President is Toiletus Effluvius III. Politicians, they claim, are just Mouths of Suaron and the steady, unelected staffers really control the nuclear reactor of state.

The elections no longer matter. They are ceremonial. Claiming voters elect our leadership is primitive superstition. Let the rubes believe. The smart people will keep on managing The Democracy Racket. Remember how it was all ok when Konstantin Chernenko was The Soviet Premier.

An aging and sick man when he was elected to succeed luri Andropov on February 13, 1984, his tenure in this all-powerful position was the briefest in Soviet history—and the least notable. No significant policy initiatives were begun under his direction, and no progress was made in improving chronic Soviet economic problems. No steps were taken to end the war in Afghanistan. When Chernenko died on March 10, 1985, from severe heart disease, Soviet citizens received the news with little apparent distress.

If The Democratic Party is lucky, and continues to receive rhetorical cover from its media lackies, The Harris-Biden Administration will receive less than a paragraph in future Amerikan History texts. Chernenko continued all the failed policies that were wrecking Soviet Russia. President Biden has done nothing to control spendthrift wastrel House Speaker Nancy Pelosi. US citizenship has steadily lost status and value since the Hart-Cuellar Act became law. President Biden simply continues this unabated.

Again, many will say I am ridiculous to expect leadership from an elected leader. It is all just Bravo-Sierra and the real bosses handle it. Yet this ultimately fails. Sending Biden out to negotiate with Chinese President Xi compares to sending Romulus Augustulus out to parley with Odoacer. The man is no longer capable of have a pleasant chat with Pope Francis without staining his undergarments.

This state of affairs suits Meta, Google and Lockheed Martin just fine. This does not suit people who deserve a decent chance to live. There will always come a day when a nation that intends to survive requires a vital and functional leader. That nation requires a healthy person who can still put their spikes on and have them stay tied during game action. The various oligarchs running Amerika do not get this or they are no longer even invested enough to care what happens to the peasant trash.

The Soviet Union fell apart because of the poor quality of its handpicked Premiers. I begrudgingly credit Gorbachev for understanding this state of affairs. He negotiated the best deal for Russia that remained available. A future oligarch or tyrant will have to undertake a similar process for dying Amerika. Pray for a Pinochet or a Deng Xiaoping instead of a Stalin or Chairman Mao.
