Gilroy Garlic Festival Shooter Liked “The Daily Redbeard”
This one has fallen into the memory hole because Santino William Legan, the shooter, was ethnically half-Iranian (and the other half Italian). That means that this shooting does not fit the “rising Right-wing terror” narrative that the media wants to push, so they ignore it as quickly as possible.
It turns out that Legan shared a post from the social media group “The Daily Redbeard” which is provided by The Redbeard Right. Inspired by the anti-navel-gazing tract Might Is Right, this group argues for a revitalized conservatism based in conquest and realism.
