• The Endless Pursuit of Equality Through College Admissions
  

  “Everyone is treated the same, or equality demands that people be treated differently in order to produce the equality,” Jeannie Suk Gersen, a Harvard law professor, says in the film. “This has been there since the beginning of the country and was there at the inception of the Fourteenth Amendment. And it’s one that is unresolved.”

  As we have been telling you for years… the 14A is at the root of civil/human rights law and through its “equal protection of the laws” clause forces government to be involved in all affairs public and private to enforce equality on the basis of minority group status and individual socioeconomic status, because otherwise it is violating its own law. Equality is only “proven” by equity. Without equity, you have a lack of equality and so the subsidies, quotas, surveillance, propaganda, censorship, and struggle sessions must continue by law. In order to liberate the slaves — this was a good thing — Republicans decided to crush actual conservatism back in the 1860s and we are still paying for it today with mediocre results. They replaced civil liberties with civil rights:

  In contrast to civil liberties, which are freedoms that are secured by placing restraints on government, civil rights are secured by positive government action, often in the form of legislation. Civil rights laws attempt to guarantee full and equal citizenship for people who have traditionally been discriminated against on the basis of some group characteristic.

  The West has consumed itself in the quest for “equality,” which is part of the age of symbolism and has been made obsolete by our greater understanding of abstraction with the rise of the computer age.

• Diversity Was Supposed to Make Us Rich. Not So Much.
  

  Since 2015, the approach has been tested in the fire of the marketplace and failed. Academics have tried to repeat McKinsey’s findings and failed, concluding that there is in fact no link between profitability and executive diversity. And the methodology of McKinsey’s early studies, which helped create the widespread belief that diversity is good for profits, is being questioned.

  Democracy and equality are begging-the-question fallacies. If we assume that mob rule and equal individualism lead to better results, then equality and democracy are not just good but necessary. However, if the assumption goes away, the whole thing unravels, so they need you to believe the assumption so that you agree to be exploited. They are doing the same with “climate change,” and they did the exact same thing with anti-poverty programs back in the 1960s. You either agreed with what was acknowledged to be good or you were evil, in a secular take on the ancient Semitic metaphysical dualism leading to the moral binary passed on in Christianity and Islam. The current era is one of seeing how the symbols do not align with reality and therefore, the assumptions are wrong and the results of equality, democracy, diversity, etc can finally be acknowledged as if not “bad” at least not “good.”

However, rents will remain high because insurance costs are exploding after all those BLM/Antifa riots and a few floods caused by diversity administrations refusing to deal with obvious flood risks by building infrastructure. Diversity and equality eat up wealth by distributing it, instead of concentrating it where it can do something useful, in emulation of the third world model.

You get a grey race with no culture and none of the unique abilities of its constituent ingredients.

The unions did the same thing to the automobile industry and now your average “American” car is assembled in America, half by robots, using parts made elsewhere. Look for the union label… la la la la… and learn to code. Oh wait, that bubble is popping too! Guess shifting the serfs to desk jobs was a dumb idea after all.
